Donations

1. Refund Policy
Donations made to Praju Education Trust are final and non-refundable. If you believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us within 15 days. Refunds are processed only after review.

2. Recurring Donations
You may cancel recurring donations by contacting us at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.

Event Registrations

1. Cancellation
For event cancellations, please notify us at least 7 days before the event date. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Merchandise

1. Returns/Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, original-condition items. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

2. Refund Process
Refunds for merchandise will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
